The Youth Program is our most active service program, offering year-round opportunities for youth to come together in service as well as several powerful summertime events, such as Camp Indigo and the Global Youth Peace Summit. This fund was created to make scholarships available to refugee youth and children in need of financial help to be a part of these very inspirational events.

The Bhatti Mines School serves over 200 students in an impoverished community outside of Delhi, India. Amala has chosen this school to be the focus of our international service effort. Once the school has achieved its primary needs (books, desks, and teachers’ pay), our goal is to raise enough money to create longer-term financial solutions for the school.

Amala relies upon donations to keep its doors open to the community. The Amala Community Center is home to events year round, and also serves as headquarters for program planning.
