amp Indigo facilitates exciting and creative projects that offer an opportunity for children to explore their inner selves. The camp promotes a high level of respect for the self and others, clear communication, increased confidence and intuition, and the creation of tools for relaxation and healing.

For youth 10 and older, Camp Indigo offers the One Tribe Program. One Tribe is a project that empowers youth to explore the many ways that they can give back to their world. One Tribe creates open circles of communication to safely and candidly explore the issues that are naturally arising  at this very  potent time of development.

This program

mentors youth in holding space for others, themselves and community. The youth are given the opportunity to serve at camp by being mentors to the younger children, engage in hands on service and assist in the overall vision for Camp. The One Tribe Project is a diverse community of youth that discover more heart centered and compassionate ways of interacting, resolving conflict and relating with the world. This program fosters confidence, initiative and leadership in a way that can easily translate into their daily lives. 

For those 11 and older, Amala offers the Global Youth Peace Summit. This is a peace oriented conference uniting youth from various countries and backgrounds. The Global Youth Peace Summit takes place in early August. Please visit the Global Youth Peace Summit page for details.
