Burn and Serve: A Night of Community, Yoga and Ecstatic Dance to benefit the Bhatti Mines School in India.

7:30-9:30 Live classical Indian music, food from local Indian vendors, malas, prayer flags and jewelry for sale. Talk by Vanessa Stone.
10-11 Yoga practice with Black Swan Yoga & Live Sitar
11:30-12:30 Ecstatic Dance with MbiraMe aka Joel Laviolette
Enjoy a visit to the “Healing Lounge” for reiki, massage, acupuncture and other nurturing modalities. Sponsored by the Communal Healing Project.
Cost: $10-100 donation at the door (suggested donation $20)
Since 2007, The Amala Foundation has partnered with the Bhatti Mines School in New Delhi, India, to educate 200 children offering them an alternative to child labor, a way out of extreme poverty and hope for the future.
