Camp Mana

7th Annual Camp Mana
Saturday, March 17th & Sunday, March 18th
9am – 3pm for Children
8am – 4pm for Volunteers

The 7th annual Camp Mana returns to serve Big Island children Saturday March 17th and Sunday March 18th in North Kohala on the Big Island of Hawaii! We invite the entire Island community to unite in service to our beautiful Island youth!

Camp activities are geared toward 4 – 12 year olds; older youth are invited to come serve as mentors to the younger children, and toddlers are welcome accompanied by a parent. Activities include music, movement, art, gardening and more…all supported by heart-centered facilitators committed to serving the children. Camp Mana is a community volunteer effort to nurture and cultivate the natural state of peace alive in children.

Camp Mana is a unique model of service that supports children to preserve their authentic nature and experience an environment that is created to work in unity and equality with a loving consideration of the Whole. The intention for Camp Mana is to offer a nurturing environment where children can freely express, heal and be heard: to empower all children to explore the essence of who they are.

The cost of the two day camp is $100 per child ($50 for siblings or toddlers), and scholarships are available. The Amala Foundation welcomes contributions to sponsor children to attend camp.

Camp Mana is able to serve 50 children this year, and requires as many volunteers to facilitate the experience. If you are interested in volunteering to serve at camp, if you would like your child to attend Camp Mana, to make a donation of food, resources, or supplies, and to make a financial contribution for a Camp Mana scholarship, please contact us.

We look forward to connecting with the beautiful keiki and serving with the Island community this spring!
